They are by far the best service I have received when replacing my front windshield. They are very easy to contact, quick to respond and you can even reach them by text. They walk you through the process and keep you posted with progress. They notified me when the windshield had arrived and even had an opening for the same day. Once I arrived for the service, they were very friendly and professional. Their waiting room is right next to their work area. You get to see the whole process as it is being done. There is no hidden work done. They check the whole vehicle to make sure there are no other issues before they start. It took about one hour for everything to include the test drive to make sure everything works properly. They calibrated my built in camera in house so it also saved me a trip to the delarship to have it done at their end. I would not hesitate to get work done by them. I highly recommend them for their work and attentiveness of their clients. A+

THIS is true customer service and really, just being GOOD PEOPLE. High End Auto Glass was recommended to me by my trusted mechanic, European Starr. I could see all these wires inside my OEM glass connecting to my 12 year old driver’s safety system and cameras and I really wanted to make sure I went to a shop that knew what they were doing and could provide me with a product a and calibration services to ensure that the driver’s safety systems worked properly. I really wanted OEM glass but my insurance company’s “service” wasn’t service at all and reading from a script, gave me incorrect info. Sandy intervened and then talked me through the process and assured me that there would be no out of pocket cost to me, which was later confirmed that day by my insurer. Dan walked me through the replacement and calibration process and then showed me afterwards what was performed. I was treated like an honored guest while at their shop and everything was done to perfection. I’m making a second appointment to get my driver’s window adjusted for a rattle that has driven me nuts ever since I purchased the car two years ago.

I needed the windshield on my QX60 replaced, and was referred to High End Auto Glass by Infiniti of Sarasota. My experience working with everyone at this shop was absolutely amazing! Sandy was instrumental in working with my insurance company to have an OEM windshield installed on my vehicle, and she made the entire claims process a breeze. Mike and his crew did an outstanding job of replacing my windshield and recalibrating the ADAS back to the original factory settings. I am extremely satisfied with the level of service and professionalism that I received from High End Auto Glass!

High End to the rescue! Traveling I75 daily I have had 6 windshields replaced in the last 5 years from rocks. The “other guys” have given me so much run around- Not High End!! They were responsive, communicative and friendly. In no time at all, Dan was able to come to my work, replace the windshield and calibrate it within about an hour! I definitely recommend High End if you’re in need of a new windshield, and I will certainly be requesting them thru my insurance moving forward.

High End is excellent. Came highly recommended from insurance company for good reason. Scottie, Dan and Sandy run a very efficient company. Scottie met with me within 1 hr after being referred. Sandy handled all paperwork. Dan, tech, was punctual, very courteous & professional. Would use them again and highly recommend them to anyone. Definitely would rely on StateFarm’s referrals!

Dan and Sandy, and the rest of the crew at High End Auto Glass, are consummate professionals with a positive approach. Sandy stayed on the line and made the insurance process happen seamlessly. Dan was ready on my arrival, stayed with the project until perfected, provided excellent post service support, and had me efficiently out the door with a smile on my face. It is such a pleasure to be able to put your trust in people who still care to do quality work and provide professional customer service.

Delighted that tech was waiting for me to arrive. His time estimate was bang on. The work looks good and he performed the Subaru Eyesight recalibration thoroughly. He test drove it to make sure everything was working. They worked seamlessly with insurance. Waiting room clean, comfortable and stocked with beverages.

Wow, exceptional experience! Dan was such a pleasure to work with. And MAN does he know his stuff! I was impressed especially with the recalibration technology, and the Porsche pre and post scan report. Dan explained everything, and did an absolutely stellar windshield replacement. Every detail done with precision and perfection. Such a blessing to know places like this still exist. Me and my Porsche Macan S thank you Dan!!!
